It’s been a month since I made my purchase, and you shipped my order using the worst delivery service possible. The package was returned, and the shipment company didn’t even call or send a message to inform me.
I requested a refund, but you refuse to return my money. Your first response was that the product wasn’t back in your facilities — yet you clearly have access to my order history.
I urgently need to start a detox treatment for a thyroid condition, and it’s clear that you don’t care. Now you’re saying you’ll resend the order using the same shipping company, when all I want is my money back so I can buy the product elsewhere.
