Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule twice daily, ideally 1 before breakfast and 1 before dinner. That is 2 in total per day. This can be doubled under the supervision of a health care practitioner.

The herb artemisia annua, which is regularly used in Chinese traditional medicine where it is called Qinghaosu, contains a powerful active component called Artemisinin. This was discovered by the brilliant Tu Youyou, a Chinese pharmaceutical chemist and Nobel Prize winner, who has spent her research life studying traditional Chinese medicines and herbal extracts to find substances helpful for malaria, which has always been a problem in Southern China.
Chemically, Artemisinin is a sesquiterpene lactone which has a reactive peroxide bridge in its structure, giving it its unique health-giving properties. This peroxide bridge is very rare in natural compounds, and it allows the release of reactive oxygen species in circumstances that help immune function.
