Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

A bulking herb with high levels of fibre, which becomes highly gelatinous when fluids are taken with it. The effect is to swell and draw fluid into the husks. Many find the herb useful when incorporated into a calorie controlled diet. It is also nutritious, containing high levels of fatty acids. Should be taken with lots of water. Goes well with Chamomile Flowers.
