It’s been a month since I made my purchase, and you shipped my order using the worst delivery service possible. The package was returned, and the shipment company didn’t even call or send a message to inform me.
I requested a refund, but you refuse to return my money. Your first response was that the product wasn’t back in your facilities — yet you clearly have access to my order history.
I urgently need to start a detox treatment for a thyroid condition, and it’s clear that you don’t care. Now you’re saying you’ll resend the order using the same shipping company, when all I want is my money back so I can buy the product elsewhere.
This has been extremely disappointing and insensitive. Your products are not cheap — please process my refund immediately so I can purchase what I need from another store. Someone needs to take responsibility and help resolve this situation.
I've been taking augmented NAC now for about 6 months to detox my body from the covid vaccine and spike proteins. I experienced high blood pressure and bad heart palpitations since December last year and was put on 2 different types of medication. Since taking augmented NAC I feel loads better and have been able to come off 1 of my medications. My heart palpitations have more or less stopped. I will continue using this product.
