Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

Phytochemicals 270 is a combination preparation of vitamin C and phytochemicals from various fruits and vegetables. The composition of the SPS capsule ensures an optimal daily supply of the valuable secondary plant substances. The content of Phytochemicals is 270 mg per day, which is about as much as is contained in FIVE fist-sized portions of fruit and vegetables.
Ingredients: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coloring carrot concentrate); mixed plant extracts (lemon balm extract, purple sweet potato extract, artichoke extract, pomegranate extract, black carrot extract, blueberry extract, grapefruit juice, broccoli extract, kale juice, garlic extract, onion extract, apple juice, apricot extract, strawberry juice, cherry juice, orange juice, papaya extract, pineapple juice, asparagus extract, black currant juice, cucumber juice) 16% ; Quercetin, acerola juice powder 15%, grape peel extract containing resveratrol 12%, citrus flavonoids Composition: 1 capsule: Vitamin C 12mg 15%°, polyphenols 135mg (of which citrus flavonoids 21mg, of which resveratrol 2.5mg, of which OPC [oligomeric proanthocyanidins] 25mg, of which quercetin 59mg) 2 capsules: Vitamin C 24mg 30%°, polyphenols 270mg (of which citrus flavonoids 42mg, of which resveratrol 5mg, of which OPC [oligomeric proanthocyanidins] 50mg, of which quercetin 117mg)
Recommended consumption: 2 capsules daily with a little liquid with a meal. Children between 4 and 10 years, 1 capsule daily. If necessary, the capsules can be opened by pulling them apart and the contents can be consumed with other foods.
