Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with food. Can be increased to three tablets daily if required.
