Heel Kli.heel® is a homeopathic multi-remedy formula designed to support women experiencing hormonal changes associated with the menopause transition. It does not act as hormone replacement therapy (HRT), but works as a biological stimulator to help balance ovarian, hypothalamic, and pituitary functions.
Helps relieve hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood swings and other menopausal symptoms

Each tablet contains (homeopathic dilutions):
Sanguinaria canadensis D3
Sepia officinalis D4
Sulfur D4
Strychnos ignatii D4
Simarouba cedron D4 (30 mg each)
Stannum metallicum D12 (60 mg)
Lachesis mutus D12 (90 mg)
Typical dose: 3 tablets daily, or as advised by a qualified homeopath or healthcare professional
Take with water, preferably away from meals
Duration: effects may vary by individual — many users report changes in 4–8 weeks (see user reviews)
