I originally took these for 3 months but decided to take a break to see if I felt any difference. A health issue I’d had previously (before taking Augmented NAC) resurfaced so I’m now back on them & they seem to have helped. I was originally recommended them to limit spike protein production which I hope they do but they do appear to help me in other ways so I plan to stick with them. One star off for price, (not that your price is more than others) but will probably get 3 next time for a discount🙂
