Omega-3-Fettsäuren are categorised as essential fatty acids and so it makes sense to have a daily supply. Ocean fish contain abundant quantities of these omega-3 fatty acids. As not everyone eats fish on a daily basis or can follow the recommendation of the German Nutrition Association (DGE) to eat fish 2-3 times a week, the only option is to have recourse to omega-3 fatty acids from North Sea fish in capsule form. 1 capsule a day with 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids equates to 2-3 meals of fish a week.
Unsaturated fatty acids from borage and cold water fish make for an ideal combination.
One capsule of Dr. Wolz Omega-3-Fettsäuren contains 500 mg of cold-water sea fish oil with 300 mg of omega-3 fatty acids in highly concentrated form (contains at least 110 mg DHA and 165 mg EPA).

1 capsule a day before or during a meal with liquid. With a manifest arteriosclerosis take 3 capsules per day.
