Delivery was really quick and hassle free.. I've been taking for three weeks... haven't had a flu so can't really comment too much.. maybe that's a good sign... the tablets dissolve very easily on the tongue and seem good quality. Recommended by an holistic dentist to strengthen my immune system prior to some invasive work... Will report back after the work

Optima Activjuice Glucosamine HCL 1 Litre
Optima Glucosamine HCl 1200 mg is made with orange and pineapple juice concentrates to provide a refreshing way to take your daily dose of glucosamine, now with no added sugar.
Research indicates that liquid is absorbed more quickly than tablets or capsules, which need to disintegrate before the nutrients can be digested; liquid is much more bioavailable.
Ingredients
Orange Juice Concentrate (35%), Pineapple Juice Concentrate (30%), Water, Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Natural Flavour (Orange), Colour (Beta Carotene).
Directions
Take 25 ml daily with a meal. Can be served directly from the bottle or diluted with water or fruit juice. Shake well before use. Serve chilled.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and use within two months. Keep out of reach of children. See below left for Batch Number and Best Before date.
