This unique blend of active ingredients includes Morello cherries, along with the amino acid glycine and red date extract. The addition of magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, supports electrolyte balance, the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal psychological function and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. One heaped teasoon provides:
Glycine - 3000mg
Morello cherry (Prunus cerasus) juice - 1650mg
Magnesium (citrate) - 200mg (NRV - 53)
As a food supplement, stir one heaped teaspoon (6g) into water or juice once daily. Drink one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
