Organic MCT Oil is sourced from 100% organic coconut and certified by the Soil Association. Once harvested the coconuts go through a gentle steam distillation process to extract the medium chain triglycerides which have shown in research to benefit a number of health areas. The delicate oil provides a blend of medium chain triglycerides which are a form of highly digestible oil.

MCT oil consists of four medium chain triglycerides; C6 (caproic acid), C8 (caprylic acid), C10 (capric acid) and C12 (Lauric acid). The C8 and C10 carbon chains have been highly researched and concluded to be the most nutritional forms. Viridian MCT oil is formulated to be high in both C8 and C10 fatty acids, creating an effective, nutritional, and pure supplement.
