Is a select blend of 45 botanical's from organic sources.The nutritious properties of our very own organic Kombucha is added to Raisins, Sultanas, Carrot, Orange peel, Blueberries, Parsley, Ginger and Lemon peel and juice. We also add an infusion of botanical's and tea in a carefull blending and fermenting process. This process creates a blend that is easily absorbed by the body and can be added to various foods for depth of flavour. If your familiar with "The Mother" that can be found in apple cider vinegar which is made from naturally occurring cultures which have been attributed to various health claims. Well good news because it is also in abundance in our product, making our product one of the easiest and tastiest ways of absorbing beneficial nutrients and microbes at a higher concentrate than that of apple cider vinegar. Suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans, Lactose intolerant people, and it's also Gluten free
